`About me
I'm a generalist by nature and by necessity. Over the past decade I've worked across managed service providers, financial firms, healthcare practices, dental offices, construction companies, and legal teams — often all in the same week.
That breadth is the point. I've configured Bloomberg terminals and analog phone systems. I've supported Linux servers and Windows desktops in the same environment. I've done white-glove support for C-suite executives and first-day-of-work setup for new hires. I adapt fast because I've had to.
I'm process-driven when there's a playbook, and a hands-on problem-solver when there isn't. I document what I fix so the next person doesn't have to figure it out from scratch.`
